DO NOT OPEN NR-17 UNTIL BOTH GIRLS’ RIGHTS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.
That condition was only now satisfied.
Sophie.
Lily.
Two children connected.
So capsule remained sealed.
Whatever was physically inside still unknown.
Then Lily’s envelope from box 417 was delivered to Mark.
Inside:
A photograph of Hannah holding a small metal key.
And message:
The prototype was never the valuable part.
Again.
Then Lily herself asked through guardian:
“Can I meet Sophie?”
Ethan agreed carefully.
The girls met.
Sophie remembered her.
Lily did too.
Then Lily looked at Sophie’s old prosthetic.
“My mom had one like that.”
“What?”
“Not my leg. A white shell in her office.”
Mark frowned.
He had never seen.
Lily said Hannah used it to hide “the silver thing.”
A silver thing.
